Elizabeth I think weighed around nine stone possibly a bit more, she was about five foot six and had a lean frame which she could have inherited from her mother or her grandfather Henry V111 who was very lean, she had no weight problems that’s for sure yet she according to one source loved meringues and ate so many so she was addicted to sugar.
